Nipa Dewan
Professional Career
Nipa joined the NSW Bar in 2014, and has a broad commercial and equity practice, including corporations, insolvency, consumer protection, contracts, insurance and employment disputes. Nipa also has interest in defamation and human rights laws.
Nipa has represented clients in different courts and tribunals, including the Supreme Court of NSW, Federal Court of Australia and High Court of Australia.
Prior to coming to the Bar, Nipa worked as a Solicitor for over 5 years. She is also admitted as a Barrister at the Bar of England and Wales, and the Supreme Court of Bangladesh.
